Who we serve
Three conditions. Cash plans over $3,000. That’s the whole list.
We stay narrow because our reps have to hold a real conversation about your treatment with a skeptical 65-year-old. You can't fake that across twenty specialties.
Back pain
Spinal decompression
Disc herniation, sciatica, chronic low back pain. Decompression tables sitting underused because the town doesn't know you have one.
Knee pain
Regenerative medicine, knee decompression, shockwave
Patients who've been told their only option is a replacement, and would rather try almost anything else first.
Neuropathy
Red light therapy, vibration therapy
The most skeptical and most under-served patient in your market. Also where financial qualification matters most.
Fit check
We'd rather tell you no on the first call
If the numbers don't work, this costs you money and costs us a reference. Here's the honest version.
You’re a strong fit if
- Your care plan or package sells for $3,000 or more (most of our clients sell $5k–$15k)
- You already own the equipment: decompression table, laser, shockwave, or similar
- You treat back pain, knee pain, or neuropathy as a cash-pay service
- You're the owner-doctor and you can make a decision without a committee
We’re probably not for you if
- You're insurance-only with no cash care plan
- Your plan sells under $3,000
- You want raw lead volume at the lowest possible cost per lead
- You want someone to blame instead of a partner to work with
Your patient
Roughly 30 to 75. Often retired. Often on a fixed income.
Which is exactly why financial qualification isn’t optional. Not everyone can afford a $3,000 to $15,000 treatment plan in cash, and finding that out in your consult room is the most expensive way to find out.
They’re also skeptical. The typical neuropathy patient has already been told by their own doctor that nothing more can be done, and handed another prescription. They need a human phone call and real education, not a booking link and an automated text.
What it sounds like when nobody screens
“Half the people who walk in think it's covered by insurance.”
“They come in for the $21 deal, find out it's $5,000, and say no thanks.”
“Half my neuropathy leads are on Medicaid or disability.”
“They want the treatment and CareCredit denies them.”
“Calendar looks full Monday. Half empty by Friday.”
“They drove two hours to get here.”
