Who we are

INFLOW Marketing (“INFLOW,” “we,” “us”) provides done-for-you patient acquisition for cash-pay clinics. We are based in Miami, FL. Questions about this policy go to faisal@inflow-agency.com.

Information we collect

When you book a call, our scheduling tool (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) collects the details you enter, typically your name, email address, phone number, and any qualifying answers you provide about your practice. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you send.

Our site and advertising partners may also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring URL. If we run Meta ads, Meta may receive event data from this site for measurement and ad delivery.

How we use it

To schedule and run the intro call you requested
To follow up about whether we are a fit for your clinic
To operate, secure, and improve this website
To measure advertising performance and prevent fraud
To meet legal or accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with vendors who help us run the business: our booking and CRM provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), email and hosting providers, and advertising platforms such as Meta when you arrive from or interact with our ads. Those vendors process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies and similar tools

The booking widget and any analytics or ad pixels we place may set cookies or use local storage. You can block cookies in your browser. Doing so may prevent the calendar from working.

How long we keep it

Booking and inquiry records stay in our CRM for as long as we need them to work with you, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing faisal@inflow-agency.com.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email faisal@inflow-agency.com and we will respond. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children

This site is for clinic owners and operators, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
